Sponsors, in preview
Dream Garage AI will one day have founding sponsors. Today the program is a preview: the credits you see around the game are placeholders, placed so the positions can be seen and judged. Nothing has been sold. Dream Garage AI presents a few of its own surfaces; the other names are fictional stand-ins, invented for this preview — they aren’t real companies, they link nowhere off this page, and every credit carries a “Sponsor preview” tag so a stand-in is never mistaken for a sold endorsement.
The newest preview names are the companies that sell the dream itself: experience days (drive your dream car for a day) and driving tours & rallies (multi-day dream drives, run for you). They present Favorite Drives — the atlas and the house canon roads — because that is where a driver meets them in real life: at the road.
The founding rule
Sponsors buy presence, never influence. A sponsor’s name appears where real car culture already puts names — on the show program, the museum wing, the season’s standings card. It never appears anywhere a number lives: no credit ever touches the Mark or its methodology, an AI prediction, a guide line, an advisor’s call, a bid, a settlement, the standings math, your personal alerts, or your real cars’ values. A player’s own room, drive, or event is never sponsored without that player’s explicit opt-in. And every credit is data, not code — it can be switched off in one place, in a day, without asking anyone’s permission.
The slots
Everywhere a presenting credit is allowed to live — and the two slots reserved for surfaces still being built. If a surface isn’t listed here, it carries no credit, ever.
Concours — presenting plaque
Live in previewWhere it lives: The Car Shows header and each show’s header band — above the class list, never on an entry card.
Why it exists: Real concours carry a presenting name on the program. The plaque is the show’s front door; the field below it stays pure.

The house itself, presenting its own show while the program is in preview.
Concours — class presenting
Live in previewWhere it lives: Under one class heading on the show page — the threshold of the class, never inside an entry.
Why it exists: Class presenting is how real shows are underwritten, class by class. One presenter per class per show.

Stand-in — a fictional name (collector-car insurance (fictional)), standing in for a future founding sponsor.
Showcase — the named wing
Live in previewWhere it lives: Above a HOUSE example room, museum-style — the wing signage over the doorway.
Why it exists: Museums name wings. House rooms only in this phase: a player’s own room is never sponsored without their explicit opt-in.
The Vault — presented by The Vault Storage Co.Sponsor preview
Stand-in — a fictional name (secure car storage (fictional)), standing in for a future founding sponsor.
Starter collection — presenting line
Live in previewWhere it lives: At the threshold of the collection’s card on the starter shelf — outside the card, which carries Marks.
Why it exists: A curated set can carry a presenter’s name. The sponsor never picks the cars, their order, or their prices — the Mark prices them.
Analog Heroes, presented by Open Road Touring Co.Sponsor preview
Stand-in — a fictional name (driving tours (fictional)), standing in for a future founding sponsor.
League season — presenting line
Live in previewWhere it lives: The standings header band and the league’s share preview — the credit names the season, never a player or a number.
Why it exists: The local tier: a commissioner’s town business presents the season, and the name rides every standings card the league shares.
Season 1 presented by Mill Valley MotorsSponsor preview
Stand-in — a fictional name (local dealer (fictional)), standing in for a future founding sponsor.
Daily Report — presenting line
Live in previewWhere it lives: One line in the morning report, in its own band between the greeting and the portfolio — never inside a data section, never in a personal alert.
Why it exists: A newsletter’s presenting line, set apart typographically. One line, in the report, or nothing.

Favorite Drives — presenting line
Live in previewWhere it lives: Two placements, both thresholds: the Drives atlas header (presented by an experience-days company — the people who put you in a dream car for a day) and the header of a HOUSE canon drive page, above the lead (presented by a driving-tours company — the people who run the rally down that road). Never on a player’s own drive page without their opt-in, never in the stops (100% organic forever), never beside the paired car’s Mark.
Why it exists: A sponsor may present a great road; it may never buy a café on it. A stop is testimony, and testimony is not for sale.

Experiences — the dream drives board
Reserved — arrives with the Experiences boardWhere it lives: Reserved for a future board that browses dream-car experience days and driving tours & rallies the way the atlas browses roads.
Why it exists: The category deserves its own shelf eventually; until it exists, its preview presence rides the Drives placements above — presence first, inventory later.
The slot is designed and documented in the register now; its first credit arrives with the feature.
Events — weekend board presenting
Reserved — arrives with EventsWhere it lives: The Events board header (“This weekend, presented by —”) — never on a host’s own event page or in a lineup.
Why it exists: The regional tier: a business the drivers on that board could actually drive to presents their weekend.
The slot is designed and documented in the register now; its first credit arrives with the feature.
Founding sponsorships will be offered later — when the audience is real enough to quote honest numbers, and not a day before. Until then, the stand-ins hold the places so everyone can see exactly what a sponsor would be buying: presence, in the open, next to nothing that matters more.
